Government of Telangana Mission Kakatiya has a Website Monitoring Policy in place and the website is periodically to address and fix the quality and compatibility issues around the following parameters: Performance: Site download time is optimized for a variety of network connections as well as devices. All important services of the website are tested for this Functionality: All modules of the website are tested for their functionality. Moreover, interactive components of the site such as opinion and feedback forms etc. are working smoothly. Broken Links: The website is thoroughly reviewed to rule out the presence of any broken links or errors. A number of tools and techniques are now available to easily detect the broken links in a website Traffic Analysis: The site traffic is regularly monitored to analyse the usage patterns as well as visitors profile and preferences. Traffic Analysis tools also give reports on broken links. Feedback: Feedback from the visitors is the best way to judge a website performance and make necessary improvements. A proper mechanism for feedback is in place to carry out the changes and enhancements as suggested by the visitors.

Content Contribution, Moderation & Approval Policy (CMAP)

The Departments MUST have a Content Contribution, Moderation and Approval Policy (CMAP) stating the responsibility, authorisation and workflow details with regard to content publishing on the site. The objective behind the policy is to provide a single point source to know all about Mission Kakatiya Website at all levels and from all sectors. It is designed, developed and maintained by the e-Governance Wing of Irrigation & CAD Department. The content in this site is the result of a collaborative effort of Telangana Minor Irrigation State/District level offices. A web based Content Management System (CMS) is used by the e-Governance Wing Head to add, update and maintain the website. Web Content review policy (CRP)

All possible efforts are taken to keep up-to-date URLs of the Website/Portals of Mission Kakatiya, Government of Telangana. This Content Review Policy defines the roles and responsibilities of the Mission Kakatiya Web content review and the manner in which it need to be carried out. Review Policies are defined for the diverse content elements. The following table lists the review policy for different content elements.

Content Archival Policy (CAP)

Content Archival

Mechanism is in place to ensure that all outdated website data are removed from the Web site or moved to archive. This will help in ensuring the team that the expired contents are removed from the portal. Government Websites, Programmes and Schemes which are discontinued should be archived. The content elements on the site has different Entry/Exit Policy and Archival Policy as enlisted below:-
